These terms apply when you use this website and buy from Big Head Energy ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

Our products are novelty party items made for adults, for fun and entertainment. Colors and details may look a little different from photos because of screens and lighting.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed by mistake or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

3. Pre-Order Sale

Some items are sold as part of a Pre-Order Sale. Pre-order items need extra time to get ready before they ship. See our Shipping Policy for the timing.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content, images or branding without permission.

7. Wear it responsibly

Use our products with common sense. Don't wear a mask while driving or in any place where blocking your view or face could be unsafe. Keep away from fire and heat.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
