Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Pre-Order Sale
Our masks are sold in a Pre-Order Sale. Pre-order items need an extra 5-14 business days of pre-order processing before they ship. This is on top of our normal processing time below. You lock in the Pre-Order Sale price when you order.
Processing time
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). For pre-order items, this comes after the 5-14 business day pre-order window.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes:
- United States: 3-6 business days
- Most other countries: 6-12 business days
Remote areas can take a little longer.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged customs fees or import taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the buyer. We can't control or predict them.
Priority Shipping
If you add Priority Shipping, your order moves to the front of the line once it is ready to ship. It does not shorten the pre-order window.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your order says delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll help you sort it out.
