90-day money-back guarantee
You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund. Here's how:
- Email us at bigheadenergyofficial@outlook.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return steps and the return address.
- Send the item back. Please don't send it back without contacting us first.
Once we get your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping, unless your item arrived damaged, broken or wrong.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Add-ons
Priority Shipping fees can't be refunded once an order has shipped. A Mystery Gift can be returned with the rest of your order.
Cancelling an order
Want to cancel? Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
